We specialize in commercial and industrial flooring applications such as coating removal, surface prep, concrete polishing, epoxy, and urethane. Our customer base includes food processing plants, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, restaurants, airplane hangars, car dealerships, and parking garages. We have an in-house mechanic that keeps all of our equipment maintained. If we do have a breakdown, we have back-up equipment so that our jobs don’t get delayed. Our crews receive on-going application training from the material manufacturers. Please visit our certifications page to see all of our manufacturer certifications. Maintaining safety on our jobsites is a top concern of JDL. We perform background checks, drug testing, and e-verify on all prospective employees. Employees also receive fit testing for their respirators, as well as spirometry testing. We have written safety programs in place. Job Hazard Analysis reviews are done at the start of every job and safety meetings are done weekly on every jobsite. All supervisors have 30 hr OSHA training. JDL is fully insured and bonded. We will provide you with a Certificate of Insurance upon request before we begin work on your project.
Epoxy flooring systems provide a tough and durable finish that is environmentally friendly (LEED compliant). It is ideal if your concrete has minor imperfections that you don’t want to see. There are no seams in these coatings, which make them perfect for virtually any commercial or industrial application – kitchens, restaurants, locker rooms, warehouses, manufacturers, food processing facilities, etc. They can also be applied in offices, garages, and residences. You can choose a colored system or add a colored flake blend or decorative color quartz if you don’t want the industrial look.
